Pros

MatchPoint does everything they can to make sure its employees both internally and the consultants in the field are happy. Good benefits and an incentive plan for the consultants. MatchPoint also has a relentless passion to provide the best quality services to its clients.

Cons

MatchPoint reputation is very good with it's current customers and past/present consultants. It has a tremendous customer base but needs to continue to expand it's name recognition to a wider audience.

Pros

I currently work at MatchPoint Solutions in their Dublin office and can only say great things about the company. When I first started, everyone went above-and-beyond to make sure I was acclimated and comfortable. As mentioned in another review, we are like a big family. Higher-ups periodically check-in to give advice, encourage, and motivate, which I really like. It's also a low-stress environment. I'm also a big fan of the company Happy Hours!

Cons

I do not have any complaints about working for MatchPoint Solutions. Everyone is so nice and it's a great environment.
