Pros

- Tries to retain small company values - Everyone has their own office - Company really does focus on their core values - Quarterly stakeholder bonuses - Employees are valued and treated very fairly - There are opportunities to move to different positions - Not a huge management chain - Good focus on quality

Cons

- Higher level decisions not as transparent as they could be - No work from home policy - Company culture can be hard to adjust to for some people coming from large corporations

Pros

Flexible Managers (in some areas), they really believe that they're "doing the right thing". Everyone has an opinion that can be voiced. Good benefits, very good health plan, onsite gym, average paid vacation days.

Cons

No (3 days max) telecommute policy unless major blizzard / storm etc. Hiring process is tedious.
