- very flexible hours - great coworkers and environment -helped me improve efficiency in my own math courses

- some kids can be really challenging - parents sometimes are quick to blame instructors for disturbances they notice

You get to learn revolutionary and innovative methods of teaching. All used material is already built and organized. The workflow is very fluid I never get bored.

Cons

Every branch is tuned a bit differently according to the personal style of the director. if said person is a fan of micromanagement, you're in for some stressful shifts. Their choice of online platform (ConexED) is drastically terrible.

Worked at the Mathnasium in The Colony, TX. Great work environment, very flexible, value employee opinions.

Cons

Pay could be a bit higher, but Mathnasium gave many opportunities to work more so it balanced out.
