Instructor training is provided, good for a first job or those looking for part time.

Cons

No career growth, no organization, tasks step outside of job description, low salary, repetitive, zero benefits. Doesn't care about kids gaining knowledge and only cares for improved test results to demonstrate to parents. Was often asked to work outside of working hours without compensation.
