Pros

Management is very supportive and appreciative of instructors' efforts. All work is done while you are at the center, so you never have to take any work home.

Cons

You really need to be focused for 4 hours straight in the afternoons which can be mentally exhausting. On busier days, an instructor can be working with up to 4 kids each hour.

Pros

I am currently a college student. Mathnasium has been a great part time job for me because the hours are very flexible and they take into consideration that you are a student first. I also like how you can advance through the company if you are motivated.

Cons

We are only open in the afternoon so if you have class in the afternoon then it might not work in your schedule.
