Pros

You get a lot better at math by working there and if you like kids this is a great part time. Great job for if college students as they will work around your schedule.

Cons

The amount of hours you get are really small because they are esentially only open after school is over. Pay is meh

It's great for college students because the hours are flexible and the work is not very demanding. The atmosphere is great as well.

Cons

Not a ton of room for growth and the pay as an instructor isn't great.

Tedious training, but overall a great experience!

Pros

Kids are great, eager to learn (for the most part) and management was seamless.

Cons

The training booklet was tedious. As a previous math tutor, I used maybe 10% of the methods that were outlined in the training manual and the other 90% was intuition or from pervious experience. The owners weren't too concerned about whether or not I used the 'Mathnasium Methods' so it was alright.
