      Pros

      My boss was very kind and understanding and not at all condescending. Hours were flexible and as long as you were communicative and honest, there would be no problems while working there.

      Cons

      This is mostly personal, but for me working at Mathnasium just wasn't the right pace. I like a faster paced job, and unfortunately working as a tutor was just too slow for me.
