Working with kids. Seeing the aha moments. Straight forward and clear curriculum. This job is for those that love to see the difference

Cons

Difficult kids, demanding parents. Those days when every kid comes in and has had a terrible day. The days when 6 kids show up over 5 hours.

Awesome company to work for, great alternative for an Educator who enjoys non-traditional hours (2nd shift) and is interested in earning more money than teaching. As a Center Director you have a set base salary (depending upon size of center) and also work on commission. This creates a fun and challenging workplace, but ultimately rewarding as you help students overcome their fear/deficiencies in Math.

Cons

If you work Full Time for Mathnasium and do not put in the work, you will be stuck with a low-salary and no growth potential. This company requires passionate employees, and if you can be responsible and hardworking, there truly are zero "cons"
