Pros

The kids really seem to enjoy it and it's a positive work environment, and it can be quite fun . You get to play games with the kids and when you help them see a connection it is rewarding.

Pros

Great place to work if you like kids and math. The philosophy is the fact the instructors come to students and not the other way, which is very good for the students' progress on assignments.

Cons

It's a great job to have. Staff is very friendly. I have not been given a solid reason as to why I have not been getting any hours since October especially when other instructors are getting theirs.

Working with these kids will be some of the best times you'll have. Especially when they come back and show you how much they improve.

Cons

No real cons. Just have to maintain a high energy level for the sake of the students so you can get tired.
