Pros
Great pay, awesome boss, flexible hours, friendly coworkers, working with kids, personal advancement I work at the one in Zionsville and both of my bosses are incredible! They're also very generous on giving me hours when I need it and not at all difficult with scheduling around my classes. Unlike previous employers I have had, I feel like I receive recognition when I do a good job.
Cons
kids can be difficult at times, not open long enough to get full-time Unfortunately, it can be hard to find time for scheduling due to the limited hours of operation. When its impossible to avoid classes after 3 pm, then it starts to cut into the days when you are able to work and how many hours you can work. Also, it can get frustrating hearing so many kids say "I can't!" when you know they can!
