      Interact with a wide range of age groups and personalities. Instructors don't need to create their own curriculum.

      Cons

      Part-time, so you may get low hours.

      Pros

      -Great place to stimulate your mind. -Pleasant Environment -Strengthen your own arithmetic and problem solving skills within weeks! -A chance to develop your communication skills with people from age 10-50. Sometimes you have to tutor a 2nd Grader, after that a High Schooler, then maybe a kid with a learning disability, and then maybe a college student...... and then after you might get adult going back for a graduate program and may need a refresher. You will occasionally have to talk to parents as well to tell them how their child's math skills are.

      Cons

      -Not many hours. But that's it. If you like Math, and like to help others understand it, you're going to have a great time here! -Its not a career, but you'll have a great time and make some cash along the way.

      Pros

      The Mathnasium curriculum that you are given to work with is good and the all the materials used are effective. The superiors are well-informed and helpful.

      Cons

      There is not really much room to grow within the company-there are pretty much only instructors and managers with not much ability to grow
