Pros

You can be in high school. You don't need a credential.

Cons

I worked at multiple locations both full time and part time and the owners had the same things in common. They were rude, fake and too strict. They demanded much from the employees but could care less about them as human beings. They also purposely scheduled us so that we had to leave as soon as the law mandates we be given a break. The other location did not grant us breaks at all.

Everyone is nice, and you will get a lot of experience on teaching little kids. The job starts late.

Cons

It is a part time job, you don't get a lot of benefits.

I made a difference in a students life every single day! Loved making math fun for kids who didnt like it. Worked around my schedule really well and my boss wrote a fabulous letter of recommendation for college for me!
