It was nice working for a tech-savvy company that embraced innovation.

Cons

For a company who states Leave Your Ego at the Door as a core value - the senior leaders do the exact opposite. They ignore the expertise and input of experienced employees in favor of personal opinions. There is documented evidence of discrimination within the company.
