- Benefits meet the needs from someone just graduating college to a tenured individual in the industry. - Promotion within. - Foreword thinking company.

Cons

- The pace of career track from ISR to License agent. - Lack of Conscious Business Ethics across teams/ departments, etc. - Too much freedom. - Limited resources.

Unlimited PTO. Supportive peers and front line mgmt/coaching Excellent Comp plan Best leads in the industry

Cons

Top level leadership focused more on making investors happy than employees. Lack of female representation on the Executive level and lack of diversity in general. Leaders shy away from tough conversations and can lack transparency.
