      Fast growing start up with lots of opportunity

      Pros

      Steady growth, lots of opportunities in many departments, unlimited PTO, good heath benefits, your ideas/suggestions matter and can make a difference.

      Cons

      Leadership preaches transparency, but it is lacking. No development programs for mid-senior. Leadership lacks experience. Compensation does not align with sales quotas and is not competitive. No 401K matching. Lots of turnover/attrition.

      Pros

      Matic is a great place to work. The culture and company leadership and highly focused on providing our consumers the best user experience possible when looking for HOI. There is a collaborative effort from every person at the company to achieve our goals, which really makes it feel like we're all working together on an aligned initiative.

      Cons

      Similar to other tech companies, we've all moved into this remote work environment, which has its ups and downs. Matic has a hybrid model today, but it's been challenging to connect with other colleagues.
