      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity both in the form of personal development and positions (lateral and upward). Ability to make an impact internally and externally. Leadership is aligned and engaged. Communication is regular and expectations are clear. Work is challenging in all the right ways. Teammates are honest but respectful.

      Cons

      No 401k match, life insurance, short-term or long-term disability.

      Pros

      -Rapid company growth means increased career-path opportunities. Not only does that come with start-up life, but this is a successful start-up going in the right direction. -Culture is amazing. Very relaxed atmosphere but every person wants to succeed. You get to work with great people without all the corporate non-sense -Unlimited PTO is great. Management is very understanding of personal well-being -Executive team is down to earth and very transparent -Company outings like parties, happy hours, virtual game nights, holiday festivities, etc make working here enjoyable -Remote and in office flexibility

      Cons

      -No place is 100% perfect, but when I think of standard "Cons" of a company, I really don't have any. Sometimes I don't agree with certain rollouts or changes, but that comes with any company.
