Pros

-Rapid company growth means increased career-path opportunities. Not only does that come with start-up life, but this is a successful start-up going in the right direction. -Culture is amazing. Very relaxed atmosphere but every person wants to succeed. You get to work with great people without all the corporate non-sense -Unlimited PTO is great. Management is very understanding of personal well-being -Executive team is down to earth and very transparent -Company outings like parties, happy hours, virtual game nights, holiday festivities, etc make working here enjoyable -Remote and in office flexibility

Cons

-No place is 100% perfect, but when I think of standard "Cons" of a company, I really don't have any. Sometimes I don't agree with certain rollouts or changes, but that comes with any company.

Pros

Matic offers a ton of room for upward growth! I was lucky enough to start when the team was relatively small in an entry-level position. Matic invested in me and my career and gave me the tools needed to grow at the company. I have been leading a team over the last year!

Cons

As a rapidly growing company there are always going to be "growing pains". These can be a little much for an individual who is not ready to adapt. However, for the right individual, this can be part of the appeal!
