      Terrible Management

      Benefits are fairly good, high deductible plans

      Cons

      Management is trained to evade any questions you ask. You can never receive a direct response. High turnover yet public is deceived by best place to work rewards that are rewarded to this company. You’re treated as your disposable. Large workloads and unrealistic expectations with terrible systems.

      They hire quickly and efficiently.

      Feels like working at a cult. Office in Phoenix is not built for a Call Center. No lunch room.

      Great if you like being underpaid, micromanaged, treated like a child and being burnt out quickly.

      Basically just the lead quality

      Cons

      Company doesn’t care about it’s agents. Made several changes in an effort to completely micromanage and pay as little as possible. All they care about are investors. Unqualified leads count against your close rate. Close rate affects your commission. You get paid on policy count, not premium. If you sell anything less than 90 policies a month, you’re not making money here. They also passive-aggressively ignore the fact that there’s no quota adjustment for time off taken.
