Great growing company, yet land of low pay for P&C sales

Pros

Great people to work with and even the management! If you work 50 hours or more and are EXTREMELY efficient you can make close to 6 figures.

Cons

It may be the insurance industry in general for P&C that you have to work way too much to make good money?! Base salary is laughable for todays cost of living and benefits are middle of the road. Great place to learn how to sell insurance and then move on to commercial sales to make more money.
