100% Employer paid health care. "Unlimited" PTO, Co-Workers

Cons

Job is draining, Leads are not evenly dispersed and given to tenured agents to make them happy. Meetings for "feedback" are then listed as verbal warnings without any notice until a PIP is issued. Unlimited PTO is only offered because if you take any of it you won't be on pace to reach commission. Favoritism from managers and other leadership. No leadership, no sense of direction, these people are just figureheads that don't know what they're doing. You're not treated as a person, just as a number. Laid off at least 5% of staff back in January.
