Not many, maybe not being as large of a company as its competitors and not as much room to grow but other than that it is ran well

Worked with some really genuine & great people! Good PTO/ benefits.

Cons

Worked with some dishonest people as well. I’ve seen a colleague blatantly lie to client to with no repercussion. Lot of info falls through the cracks and doesn’t get passed along. All in all there isn’t much job security because in my short time I hear I’ve seen tons of people get fired without any notice.
