this is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Horrible company culture. For a recruiting firm there isn’t an HR department. No leadership. The worst CEO I have ever worked under in my entire life.

They allow you to be flexible and work remote if you need to. Also give you time off when needed.

Cons

0 leadership. I was never trained and was brand new to the IT world. Said they didn’t care about dials but then if you didn’t make enough they told you to make more. Very unorganized.
