Terrible Benefits and Base. Rarely is there any room for growth (although that is all they speak to and use as a selling point). CEO and HR wrote all the below reviews (note how they all sound vaguely similar). Company will use and abuse you and then have you train you're replacement.

Pros

Decent entry-level salary. Everyone is willing to help you. Occasional company lunches with your team. Straight-forward recruiting opportunity. Most of the recruiters are great people.

Cons

First off, honest reviews are not all about fluffing up the company. Please be aware of the reviews that pretty much say the same thing. Pressure to meet quotas with disregard to any sort of excuses. They force you to use a convoluted process when submitting and onboarding consultants. No fair warning if they are about to terminate you, I thought this would be a different staffing company, but its all the same, with high turnover.
