- I had 3 bosses in a year with 0 consistency. - recruiting managers will lie to you during phone screens to get you to come - take each promise from A.L, T.R, C.R, N.D or other interviewers with a grain of salt. For example, they tell you results matter more than metrics. This is a bald face lie. The whole company lives and dies by a performance matrix. I did a deal and was fired the next day due to metrics even after being promised at least a few more weeks. Fired without warning. - Sales people KNOW that the recruiting life here sucks yet allow it to go on - absolutely 0, I mean ZERO training here. I only found out about basic tools after BEGGING to be retrained - company will make legal threats against you for no reason - company is extremely slow to respond to unemployment and passes the buck - they ship you some of the world's worst equipment and then stick you with most of it at the end of your time there - literally, they send you junky Chinese headsets, mice, monitors, and a low end laptop and tell you the only thing to ship back is your laptop. They stick you with their literal ewaste. - recruiting leadership has extremely limited technical knowledge - company leadership depends on A SINGLE client for the absolute super majority of this business. That client goes down , the business is dead in the water. - the benefits are absolutely LAUGHABLE - senior leadership does not take ownership for their decisions - whoever hires you will 100% abandon you when they get their bag
