This company is really good. It’s stringing you along to get as much as they can out of you. Once you feel that you are worth more money they will continue to string you along. Telling you if you meet certain goals that you will get big bonuses.. They do not pay out the bonuses and if you make demands, they will give you a very small percentage of what was promised. When I first started I observed how many people would come and go consistently. The company will take you for everything you have and once you complain or ask for more, they will kick you to the curb because you are replaceable.
There are people running their accounting department that hold associates degree in political science. Talk about misallocation.
Everybody is replaceable and if you don’t like it here there’s 100 other people that’ll take your place. That is the attitude.
Overall, if you’re looking for an opportunity that you can grow and actually have a career this is not the place for you. If you’re looking for a quick job to do while you’re in search of another career, this would be a good place to start.
If you’d like a manager position with no experience at all, this would be a good place to begin, but you will be expected to perform as an experience manager or be terminated.
Nick Richmond , the owner of the company is a standup guy and Is enjoyable to work with and be around. However, he is not the one making these decisions that negatively impact his company.
