Top pay for Top Effort! Are you worth it?

You get what you put in. That's why they look for the top people. You get to work around upbeat and positive people that challenge you to achieve more in your career.

Cons

The hours can be long but if you are usually up late anyways and sitting around watching tv. Then get up and make some money during that time instead. Day to day changes day to day. You could be out past dinner one day and the next day be home to see your kids get off the bus. So if you don't like that then don't apply. I like that about the position here. The 9-5 under paid and under appreciated just isn't for me. Making multiple six figures and having fun while doing it as well as providing for my family and myself they way we deserve.

Lots to learn if you have no experience in sales.

I was told that we use in-house crews which I came to find out that we usually use subcontractors even though our presentation tells people that we would never di such a thing. If you like to lie to customers, charge insanely high prices for an average product then this is the place to be. Commission structure seems much better than it is at first. Products are prices in a way where you rarely make money.
