Pros

The recent addition of new leadership members, combined with the efforts of some of our senior leadership has made a significant positive impact on our ability to navigate the company’s growing pains. Their guidance and vision have been instrumental in helping us adapt and thrive during this period of change. While growth is exciting, it certainly comes with its challenges. It requires hard work and commitment from everyone involved. I’m proud to be part of a team that is fully dedicated to serving our veterans and ensuring that we meet their needs effectively. Together, we are all in, and I believe that with continued focus and collaboration, we can achieve great things for the company and those we serve.

Cons

Benefits are expensive, but that is anywhere these days it seems.

All companies that are striving to do great things experience growing pains and we are grateful for the focus leadership has on making an impact in the healthcare for our military and their families. It takes everyone working at Matrix to meet the mission with excellence. We are proud of our employees! Thank you for your review and remember HR is always surveying employees for feedback. Pros

Mission of staffing healthcare workers for active duty and veterans is good. Most employees care about it and want to do the right thing.

Cons

Terrible executive leadership with a CEO and President who know nothing about how to run a company while all others just go along in fear. Just laid off 1/3 of the corporate staff a month after telling us how great things are. Got rid of some of the best people they had. Stay clear if you have a choice!

The Matrix mission has proven to be essential for the patient care of our military and their families for many years. We value all our employees who help meet this mission. Sometimes business decisions must be made to help keep the balance within the company so that we can continue to provide the mission. Company structures are ever changing as the needs change. Defining positions that are meeting the needs for the current challenges is not always easy. When decisions are made it is about what positions keep the company moving forward. Please feel free to contact HR to discuss your concerns further – hr@matrixproviders.com.

If Matrix Providers has other openings that fit the skillset, we will assist in helping our employees’ transition if needed to another position or location. We started this week working with an employee who needs to relocate due to a family emergency to another State and are working with them to make that move and gain a new position on a contract we have in that State. Further feedback is welcome – contact HR at hr@matrixproviders.com.
