Pros

Government contracting company supporting the military medical institutions across the US.

Cons

Company is struggling for contracts and treat employees like crap especially the African American ones. I feel the leadership and ceos should be trained better on diversity and inclusion.

They will not support you as their employee! They will do whatever the contract manager tells them to do without a valid explanation.

Thank you for expressing your concerns. Working with Matrix under our government contracts is not only a rewarding career in serving our military families but yes it is consistent work and normally better schedules than working in the private sector. Matrix works with the facilities in coordinating the needs of the employees. The facility has their requirements and if an employee is not meeting those requirements it is an area Matrix must work through with the employee and the facility. Matrix management try to ensure all facts are known, but if the facility has proof of performance, time and attendance, etc. issues then Matrix must meet contractual obligations and provide staff who meet the requirements. These are the criteria that the contract is built upon. We will take note of your concern and work to ensure communication is improved.
