Unlike many government contractor companies that do not provide increases to their employees during the 1–5-year task order or contract period, Matrix Providers has a Time and Service Award that is granted on the field employees anniversary each year with an increase that was budgeted for that calendar year.

      Thanks for taking the time to provide a review. Growth in a company is a great challenge to have. It is the balance of growth of business and growth of adding overhead that must be timed correctly to ensure business stays sound. Matrix has invested in adding staff at the Corporate level and has placed focus on ensuring technology and processes are in place so our Corporate staff have balance in life and can focus on our mission.

      Terrible new management and hard to get paid on commissions.

      We are glad to hear that you had a wonderful experience with your first management. Change in management sometimes makes it hard to adjust to the new requirements. It sometimes takes time for all to adjust and work out the new direction of the department.
