Communicating with the office in Colorado is pretty good they respond in a timely manner.

Cons

We were refused raises due to COVID. The 401k isn't good at all. It's not worth it. They don't even match a full percent. They make you exhaust all of your PTO and sick before you can use LWOP.

Remote position. Top notch equipment to make it easy to do your job. Flexibility in schedule. Open to suggestions. Helpful team members. Endless job boards and advertising available to help you get your positions filled

Cons

The only con I would say I've experience is I came on board during a restructuring of the company which made things a little difficult. Even so, everyone was very helpful and gave me as much help and direction as possible.
