Ever expanding opportunities for personal growth, diversity with projects, great work environment and sensitive to maintaining culture of company during expanding times.

Cons

Programmers tend to spend more time in the field on start-ups (great experience though).

They are well diversified in a number of industries which gives them a lot of flexibility when certain markets or industries are down. They have a very good benefit package and bonus structure

Cons

Some times the travel on certain projects can be excessive but in general they will work with you when you need help.
