      Software implementation at Matrixcare

      Pros

      Matrixcare offers some great benefits to its employees. Employees have a stock purchase plan and a very good 401k match. Matrixcare also grants presidents day off. Matrixcare offers very competitive wages and encourages staff development in training, skills and education. The company is very LGBTQ friendly.

      Cons

      Matrixcare has gone through two CEO's in a short time. The culture at Matrixcare can be very negative due to this as strategies change. Managers play favorites often. It is very difficult to have your voice heard as there is a middle manager suppression layer who are careerists and do not want the boat rocked. Matrixcare has too many management layers for a products suite of this size.

      Pros

      Collaborative work environment, many learning and growth opportunities. I've been fortunate to have caring and supportive managers.

      Cons

      Communication could be better and consistent. Constant change as the company grows and acquires new businesses
