Dear Colleague, Thank you for providing feedback. We truly value the feedback and want to take this as an opportunity to explain how yearly merit increases work. A yearly merit increase is never pre-decided nor done on a fly. We have a thoughtful well-planned program tied to merit increases. Merit increases are a way of recognizing and rewarding colleagues based on their productivity and performance within their teams. These increases are carefully reviewed and finalized after the performance evaluation conversations are completed between managers and colleagues. Each evaluation is conducted via a 360 review against the goals set in our performance management tools. Once performance evaluations of the entire team are completed the merit increases are reviewed at the team level based on the performance of each individual within the team.
