Pros

There are chairs and desks in the office to do work in.

Cons

We pay freelancers LATE if you’re lucky. We have poor team management which means unnecessary late nights and poor communication. Terrible working environment.

Growing Pains Galore

Pros

Great clients, cool team. People work hard but the culture is chill (sometimes too chill). They are experiencing huge growth but can't seem to scale with it so always under resourced. My client director is great and am learning a lot which will help me in my career and training is better than the reviews say.

Cons

The partners are challenging (each in different ways). They hired a bunch of senior people but don't let them lead so hard to know who's in charge. Pay is low for the industry
