Great clients, nice people to work with.

Cons

Quick turnaround, little resources to do it (therefore overworking resources to track projects), accepting projects without considering timelines, resources, budget realities. Rude HR.

-independence with projects -relaxed office environment

Cons

-extremely egotistical and inexperienced management -expect favors instead of paying for work -constant harassment from freelancers on payment and finance department completely avoids communication -50% pay cut to all staff at start of covid, no clear communication on when pay would be reinstated, yet expected even more output and for all staff members to hustle for new business -all women in management were laid off at one point There are quite a number of reviews under the company's other name, MATTE Finish.
