They churned 40 employees last year - there are no Pros.

Cons

they do not pay any of their vendors on time, the internal communication is a mess. people are mean and constantly gossip. I was scared to go to work.

Pros

A lot of the people working are fun, cool, and nice and you learn so much from working on amazing projects. Max Pollack is amazing

Cons

No work life balance, terrible retention rate, unprofessional, everyone talks behind your back, dangerously inappropriate (sexual misconduct), inconsiderate, a lot of favoritism, you can't trust anyone, cattiness, managing director was rude and made inappropriate comments all the time. Seems like it's gotten better in diversity and inclusion, it was non existent when I was there.

Great at the beginning. Cool branding and office in soho. Stylish on social and throw great parties.

Cons

Founders have never worked at another creative shop - ever - and use it to work with celebrities and name drop. Do not care if the workforce is miserable. Finance team are just bookkeepers who cut jobs when the money gets low.
