Pros
Half day Fridays, discounts on toys, tuition reimbursement, great cafeteria... and for the most part, great employees. Great at giving back to the community
Cons
The corporate culture is great and so are most of the employees. Management is another story, some of them act very entitled and because of that, promotions are few and far between. Their careers come before developing yours, so many great employees are overlooked and they lose them because of it.
