Pros
The office is very much a friendly one, however the location is somewhat out the way, if you are looking for a place to work in a metropolitan location then this is certainly not the place for you. One of the best reasons to work at Mattel is the large discounts given to employees for toys (fisherprice, barbie, hotwheels). There's quite a lot of team building days / functions, probably taken more from the american business culture side of things.
Cons
The main downside I experienced was that all major decisions taken in US, this resulted in a lack of information fed back to european offices, which could lead to wasted time and effort.
