Broken company culture, highly political

Pros

You can leave work at 1:30 on Friday's if work is done. Generous with company holidays. There are some great leaders in the company. Good benefits.

Cons

The company culture is extremely broken. The leaders and executives do not lead with the culture. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Employees voices are not heard, and there are tons of politics to work up the ladder. Retention rate is extremely low for millennials. The health and wellbeing of employees are under appreciated (it will take 6 months to get ergonomic assistance).
