This company has some great values, and can really make you feel like you are part of the team. It's such a fun atmosphere, great customers, and not to mention the discount is awesome! If you love fashion, working with other people, and having fun while working; then here is the place for you!

I have been in retail for over 13 years and this company has by far got it together as far as making sure their employees feel supported. The values I have learned in my role as a manager has flowed over in to my personal life and has contributed in making me thrive to be the best employee I can be and a better person in general. They give you all the tools necessary to succeed and will do anything to help you succeed. It saddens me to see the negative reviews on upholding sales numbers as an associate. As a Maurices employee it should come fairly easy to obtain those numbers as long as you are customer focused, LOVE what you do, and are excited about the product. You may not be able to control the traffic in your store, but you can control the experience of each individual who does walk in to your store. They came in there for a reason and it is your job to help them dress for what ever occasion they are shopping for!
