      Great discount Good credit card options Awesome incentives to do well

      Cons

      Terrible, closed minded training and hiring system Not allowed to think for yourself No support from management Upper management very blatantly shows favoritism. They brainwash their employees to fit into a box, literally. Boxes upon boxes of cards that are supposed to guide you through every possible situation. Don't stray from those cards or you'll be berated and made an example of in front of customers and staff.

      Great people to work with, great discount, promote from within.

      Cons

      Management is ridiculous about sales goals. They force you to meet weekly, monthly and yearly sales goals as well as "units per transaction" and "average dollar sale" and push you to force the store credit card down the throat of each and every customer that walks in the door. Meanwhile, they don't take anything into consideration - like the fact that maybe there was no one in the store to sell to that day. Additionally, you aren't rewarded for all of this hard work and forceful selling because you don't work on commission. They simply give you a crappy minimum wage rate if you are a sales associate.

      Pros

      The employee discount is good, and the client base is very nice, rural people.

      Cons

      Upper management and middle management is all I have to say, but there is a 20 word minimum so I will just type this.
