Pros
Good discount, the store has some great visuals and marketing, great training program
Cons
Long hours, if you start at a store that is short-staffed then you have to work open to close shifts and then spend any free time you have recruiting, lots of managers work 60+ hours per week and get paid for 40, they screw you out of your bonus if you don't sell enough credit cards, the pay is horrible for all store employees, district managers do not support the store managers, high turn-over, HR department is useless, lots of internal theft, and some managers work months without a day off....choose a different store to work for!
