      Pros

      Everyone is extremely friendly and the employee discount is great, 40% reg. price and extra 20% off clearance.

      Cons

      As a part time employee, I put my availability as 5 days a week and am only scheduled 5.5 hours for a 2 week period, meaning out of 14 days I only worked 5.5 hours.

      Pros

      The colleagues and management are easy to get along with, customers are fine for the most part (better than other customer service jobs I've worked), the pay is decent starting out

      Cons

      You'll never get the hours you ask for. As a college graduate whose schedule is open full-time, I get 15 hours/week because they overstaff and keep hiring. If you're looking for a full-time position, maurices probably can't give it to you unless you're a manager.
