Maurices really supports with great benefits and perks for their employees and families. . It is a caring environment where like minded individuals can work hard to achieve common goals. Employees seem close knit, friendly , passionate, focused, ambitious and competitive in a healthy way . Maurices also gives back a great deal to the community . Maurices is an incredibly generous company.

Cons

Great pay.... also being an associates keeps you on your toes and improving yourself professionally... management really takes time train you...

Cons

Very demanding for students, you have to keep up with EVERYTHING at work. Also wearing the Maurices clothing all the time can be expensive and managers turn there nose up if you don't.... also people build relationships on the job and you get left out if you are part-time
