Pros
I loved working with my co-workers, customers were friendly, and the environment was laid back.
Cons
It is hard to move up the ladder. In addition, when I was working there the managers took advantage of the associations by leaving early, not showing up for shifts and so forth. Corporate was told of the behavior but nothing ever seemed to be done about the issue.
