Pros
The company always challenges you to do better through a great training program (the MBA) and incentives. Clothes are amazing and pay is better than other retailers.
Cons
It’s hard to keep a good work life balance, but that’s the nature of retail. It’s hard to accomplish all that’s expected without additional hours (training, shipment, visual, etc.). Without adequate hours, traffic per labor hour is higher and it’s difficult to achieve the expected 5% increase in conversion.
