      Pros

      The only pro to working for this company is the 40 percent discount you get. There is no other positive reason to work here.

      Cons

      Everyone is out for themselves. There is no team environment. I came in at a higher level of management and the girls that were passed over for promotion did everything in their power to highlight my every mistake while I was learning the ropes. Most places would have forgiven my minor oversights if they hadn't been constantly highlighted.
