company values you as a person, benefits are great, their take on what customer service should look like makes for a great work environment, thorough development programs

Cons

you spend way too much because of the great discount and the great fashion...my mcc gets put to good use!

Pros

Maurices has great pay, and awesome hours. The store feels like a second home and the people that work there are my second family. Everything is confidential if you need to speak to management. Nothing that you say will effect your job or hours. Plus, there are so many advancement oppurtunities with this company if you are willing to stick with it.

Cons

The cons of working at Maurices is the sales goals you have to meet hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly.

Pros

Positive and fun work environment that never really feels like you are working. Excellent training resources that are available anytime for quick review. Easy advancement. Relocation available to any location with an opening. Great support from upper management. No uniforms required.

Cons

Salary for sales associates and assistant managers is a bit on the low end.
