      Pros

      You get a really nice discount on clothes! 40%!! The work is easy if you like selling things to people and getting to know your customers. You get to try on clothes at work so you are better equipped to help your customers with fit and style!

      Cons

      Can be boring when no one is in the store. Working with mainly women can get catty at times so there can be a lot of drama. Talking to everyone about the maurices credit card can get be a little overwhelming but it is a company standard.

      If you like working with others it is a great job. It give you great opportunities to build outfits.

      You can't move out of the store to HQ.

      Love the fact that They put their customers first. Good discount.

      Cons

      Mgr and DM are very unsupportive. The mgr can say and do anything to you but when you complain to the DM in this supposedly open environment all the mgr does is deny everything then write you up for causing trouble. This has been the most drama filled place I have ever worked and that is saying something. The mgr stirs things between the girls so that they will not like each other only her. It's pathetic!
