      Frequent sign changes. Floorsets. No work/home-life balance. Making tissue arms for mannies. Not enough payroll hours.

      Pros

      Working with people, retail and customer service experience to be acquired, company takes care of its workers, very flexible work schedule, 40% discount on clothing!

      Cons

      unrealistic goals (at times) regarding credit card sign ups, unrealistic store goals as a whole, difficult to move up in the company as you have to literally have perfect stats to do so.
